Design: Sigma Fire & Security Inc. provides turnkey solutions for all your fire safety needs. In collaboration with our professional engineer associates we prepare system design for installation of fire alarm, fire sprinkler and stand-pipe systems. Where required by the Ontario Building Code we prepare engineered design drawings and specifications, apply for Building Permit and obtain permit approval on behalf of the building owners.
Installation: We supply and install a variety of fire alarm, fire sprinkler and stand-pipe systems in accordance with approved Building Permit drawings and specifications. We specialize in fire alarm and fire sprinkler system upgrades in existing buildings. We understand the challenges involved with installation work in retrofit projects and implement the least intrusive and most cost-effective installation methods. Sigma Fire & Security Inc. is ULC listed for installation and service of fire monitoring systems.
Inspection: We perform monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual inspection of fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler & stand-pipe systems, fire extinguishers and fire hoses and emergency lighting systems. All inspections are performed in accordance with the Ontario Fire Code and other related provincial and municipal codes and standards. We provide comprehensive inspection reports with transparent deficiency records following inspections.
Service & Maintenance: Our dedicated team of fire alarm and sprinkler service technicians attend emergency service calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We understand the urgency of fire safety related service calls and are committed to attending to your emergency service calls and to resolving the maintenance issues in a timely manner. We perform repairs on the deficiencies of fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler & stand-pipe systems, fire extinguishers and fire hoses and emergency lighting systems following the scheduled inspections and as required on an emergency basis.
ULC Listed Fire Monitoring: Sigma Fire & Security Inc. is ULC listed for installation and service of fire monitoring systems. We install ULC listed fire monitoring panels, connect to our fire monitoring associated companies, perform inspection and maintenance and issue ULC certificate for fire monitoring as required by the Ontario Fire & Building Codes.
